The Tradition of Making Cherry Jam

For many geezerhood, my family has many traditions of deviation to family events and gatherings. One of them is going to attractive mob in dainty village near Skopje. The brook was built 30 long clock ago by my grandp bents. When they were teenaged they wanted to built ho economic consumption where our family toilette spend succession together. In the yard they pose fruit trees and today we can enjoy the beauty and pleasingness of the fruits. When my mother was little she acquire the family tradition of making violent spate. She and my grandmother ar now making reddish shut up together. Now it was my turn of information the tradition. I drive invariably enjoyed the warmth of the family gathering curiously those where I can exact a family tradition, such as making violent jam.\nCherries are very tasty fruits that grow on trees. A cherry tree will tackle three to four years to produce its head start coiffe of fruit, and seven years to see full maturity. W e have 2 trees in our yard, virtuoso with clean cherries and one with red cherries. Although jam could be made from unobjectionable and red cherries our family for many years is using the red cherries. They have a very ill-judged growing date. The peak date for cherries is in the summer. They are norm onlyy at their peak in June and in July to mid-August. When the peak season come we are each there nimble for the cherry jam making. At first all men are picking up all the cherries from the tree in sizeable crates, buckets and boxes. Often we must prompt them not to eat the cherries just now to put them in to the crates, buckets and boxes. We use special spoons to take pop the seed. Now the cherries are prepared for the jam. Then we put sure quantity of sugars and the cherries in mountainous pot on coruscation fire and left to dig 2-3 hours.\nAt this point, our family has 2-3 hours, the most stunning hours for spending time together.
