So that a permits be efficient and efficacious because of the decrease of systems and procedures for information technology-based services. The conclusion of this aim was the reorganization of licensing form _or_ system of government has provided a icon shift in the public service-oriented business system that has been modify to the needs of the community.

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan data sekunder dari sumber yang terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reorganisasi UPTSA menjadi Dinas Perizinan telah memberi banyak manfaat bagi masyarakat, karena pengurusan izin bisa dilakukan satu pintu dengan sistem terpadu. Sehingga pengurusan izin menjadi efisien dan efektif karena adanya penyederhanaan sistem dan prosedur pelayanan berbasis teknologi informasi.
