Introduction
This case study foc physical exertions on instructing to offend respectable employees. One area of focus is how senior counsel mentors younger employees in behaving ethically. Secondly, how tooshie employees help meet superior ethical standards in spite of appearance their company. Thirdly, describe and evaluate the usefulness of cardinal traditional training methods that could be used to foster ethical behavior. And lastly how might an HR department help to check financial executives who are ethical leaders and mentor. All of these topics willing be discussed in the check up on and analysis below.

Review/ digest of the Case
The first topic to review is how senior management weed mentor junior employees in ethical behavior. Companies normally use experience, productive senior management to help develop a less experienced employee. Senior employees would not be chosen as a mentor if they did not possess blue ethical standards. It is very important for the junior employees to see that their mentor lead by example. The mentor will help the junior employees understand the company and their expectations so that the protégés can be successful employees.

The second topic to grizzle is how can employees help meet high ethical standards within their company. In order to meet standards it is imperative to find start what is expected.
