ABSTRACT

These thesis is focusing on chinawares weakened and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), reviewing the phenomenons happened around south china and the certain situation of Chinas SMEs. I issue that the computer address Financing Problem is due to the SMEs limitation and a wishing of competent financing environment. Because of the asymmetry of information and lack of cite ration, it is difficult for SMEs to obtain bank loan in China today. I also point out some viable problems bringed about by the Credit Financing Problem. In the contain I promote some advices and sollutions to deal with the present develop and then draw a conclusion.
